We monitor use of raw materials and other materials by our Group. We strive to minimize their volume and mass, which offers savings and translates to benefits for the natural environment.

Consumption of raw materials
Wherever possible we have been modernizing our infrastructure. For several years now we have been implementing electronic circulation of documents and we have been encouraging our customers to do the same. While caring for the natural environment and for convenience of our customers, we have launched eco-services. Our customers can receive invoices or payment slips in electronic format. In 2020 more than 92.64% of Cyfrowy Polsat customers (92.41% in 2019) and more than 97.42% of Polkomtel customers (96.06% in 2019) were receiving the invoices in electronic format.
